FoxBox only processes and displays metadata (sender, subject line, timestamp, status) and provides a clean interface to reply — actual email content stays with your email provider.

Set up and maintain your SMTP infrastructure (dedicated IPs, warmups, DNS configuration)
Process payments and manage subscriptions
Provide customer support and important service announcements
Monitor deliverability, detect abuse, prevent blacklisting, and protect the platform
Improve our services through anonymized/aggregated analytics
Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud/abuse
